Our programmes cater to both recreational and competitive levels, welcoming participants from 6 months through to adults. Sessions are led by highly qualified, DBS-checked coaches affiliated with recognised governing bodies. We combine professional standards with a warm, family-run environment where every member feels safe, supported, and inspired to grow — from complete beginners to advanced international competitors.
