The Inspire Leadership Academy is designed for young people aged 11–17 who are ready to take the next step beyond participation — developing confidence, responsibility, and leadership skills within a professional sports environment.

Through structured mentoring, practical experience, and guided development, our Leadership Academy prepares young leaders for future coaching pathways, qualifications, and employment opportunities.

🎓 Programme Structure

The Leadership Academy follows a clear development pathway including:

• Induction and shadowing

• Supervised practical experience

• Skills clinics and workshops

• Termly reviews and feedback

• Progression through leadership levels

Leaders are expected to volunteer a minimum of one hour per week and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
